These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”, “Terms”) apply to the Spectrum Antimicrobials, Inc. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
General. You may not use or export or re-export any content or any copy or adaptation of such content, or any product or service offerings on our Site, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation United States export laws and regulations.

Governing Law. By using this Site, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute which may arise between you and Spectrum Antimicrobials hereunder. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and appropriate federal courts of Orange County, California, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
